Desolate......there are better places to live.... - 9/19/2019
I have lived in the Rutland, VT area for 2 years and this is what I see......drugs, welfare and no decent paying jobs. IT is this simple.....when an area has no jobs, no affordable housing, and no middle class to put back into the community? That community dies...Rutland needs industry and a reason for people to come.
