Pros: extremely diverse. Low crime. friendly neighbors. Walking distance to Potomac river, parks, and YMCA. Easy bus access.
Cons: Narrow streets with a lot of on street parking.
Overall, a great place to live. Kind of hidden away in between the trashiness of rt 1 and the super rich of Belle Haven. Everyone says hi and people are always willing to help you shovel your driveway in the winter. There's a pretty balanced mix of races (including redneck, but the fun kind not the scary kind) and ages but everyone gets along.
