West Springfield us a perfect place to live! - 1/5/2022
It's a fantastic enclave of single family (60%) townhouses 30% and condo's. There is only 1 apartment complex in my zip code and it is very modern. The weather is perfect 80% of the time. It does get very hot in the summer and in the spring there is heavy pollen.
We are 15 miles from the Pentagon, 18 from downtown DC. This means prices are very high. I live in a 2 bedroom condo with a den.
We have a washer and dryer, since we have 2 full bathrooms.That is where the full size but over and under front load units are located. There is storage in the basement and washer and driers for folks that don't have them in their unit are also in the basement. Prices? My unit would easily go for $330,000. (Fully reno) A 60 year old 3 bedroom house is gonna be 600k to 750k (fully reno).
