Clarkston - Friendly Hometown Feel - 10/14/2020
We moved to Clarkston Heights the end of January 2020. While statistics show crime rates high, crime violet 25.3 US average is 22.7, and property crime 95.1 where US average is 35.4.
But, we have not seen that at all. Niw maybe down on Bridge St coming through town, which is more industrial type businesses, but have not seen that to be the case in the Heights.
Everyone we have dealt with in stores have all been very friendly, helpful and nice. We have been welcomed to the LC Valley.
Every contractor we dealt with have been incredibly responsive, fair, reasonable and very nice to deal with.
You have great water sports, fishing, camping, hunting ...
Now shopping...well there is none really. We have Wal-Mart, Costco, and local small businesses. All others, i.e. KMart, Penneys, Macys all closed. But, Spokane is only about 100 miles, Tri Cities 140 mi.
