Glacier View is a residential neighborhood located in Everett, Washington. The boundaries are from 41st to 62nd; and from Broadway west to Evergreen Way. Within those boundaries there are numerous micro-communities and sub-divisions known as: Alta Vista, Central Park, Claremont, Country Club Estates, Laurel Heights, Victory Heights and View Acres.

You will find mid-century single family homes with a sprinkling of mixed use buildings. The average selling price is $250,000 to $329,000. You will find green lawns and happy gardeners because water is not metered in Everett. The Interurban bike trail runs down the center of the neighborhood. Downtown Everett is simply minutes away and there is easy access to I-5.
