Affordable living - 8/19/2018
I have lived here for 10 years. It is an affordable place with good schools. It has a 4 season climate with hot dry summers and a couple cold months in winter. Falls is not bad but spring can be gray and wet. Spokane is to the south and has some dumpy areas. That is why I rate Fairwood a 3 and not a 4. Good, cheap utilities and housing, lots of lakes and ski hills. Bad, spokane has dumpy areas. Spring can be gloomy.
