Since the last 12 years I've been here, the traffic has increased a 1000-fold. Crime is rampant. House and car break-ins have increased many times. Maybe I have not been lucky. I was mug at one time. Rape has become common and unreported. Vandalism is frequent. Drugs among teenagers have increased. Beware of loose pit-bulls on trails. The residents are tight-lipped to protect their investment.
