Pigeon Lake Taxation - 11/11/2009
Pigeon Lake located in the Town of Liberty adjoinining Valders has a tax base established in 2005 by a reassessment. This assessment raised property values by an average of 85% with many over 100%. Despite owner protests these assessed values are still in use even though many properties have been put on the market and not sold at reduced prices.
