Summer climate wonderful with many fruit orchards and water sports and fishing 55 mile long lake...2 cents per kwh make utility costs very low. Have new Walmart super  More

Great place to live with lots of outdoor activities. I love spending a nice summer day on Lake Tapps. Great value for housing and you can't beat the mountain views.  More
