If you think Newark, NJ is bad, visit East Orange. Newark at least has a plan for recovery. The plan will eventually fail but at least there are some bright spots   More

Hackensack has a big city feel but on a smaller scale-there are restaurants, shops to fit every lifestyle and taste. There are some negatives too. High property taxes-  More
