Garfield used to be a really great town to live in. It's been at a constant rate of decline for the past 20 years. It seems it keeps getting worse and worse every year.  More

not sure why Rutherford is able to continue to show low student to teacher ratios but there is 24-25 kids in a class for the last three years and my kids is in 3rd  More
