The City's population is not as big as it says I don't think I don't think it has grown very much at all since the seventies in fact I think it has gotten smaller  More

Marysville is much more affordable to buy a home than Everett (where Boeing is). Yes there is traffic to Seattle and Everett, during rush hour, but homes are 70-100  More
