Since NASA was paired down, the whole area south of Cocoa Beach....to include Melbourne and Indialantic....has really, really declined! I lived there during the 80's  More

Fantastic place to live. Four golf courses, many parks, 10 minutes to the foothills and 40 minutes from the Rockies, the location is hard to beat if you want to be 45  More
