Liven in the area back in the 80s. Visited in 2008. The town has changed some. It's always been a nice, quiet, friendly town. It is really way out there, though.   More

Fort Stockton is a glorified truck stop in the middle of nowhere. The biggest thing there is Walmart and the best restaurant is the IHOP.  More
