Marysville is much more affordable to buy a home than Everett (where Boeing is). Yes there is traffic to Seattle and Everett, during rush hour, but homes are 70-100  More

Really pretty town. We love Penny park! This is a safer town than most in Washington. It lacks the usual hordes of street people and junkies.  More
