Houses are cheap and your only 45 minutes from the big cities which makes it one of the cheapest places to live. 30 minutes from the mountians if your into those things.  More

We have three children and Draper is a great place to raise the them. We have a generous amount of parks and a lot of hiking trails great for getting kids outdoors.  More
