I grew up in this town and couldn't wait to get out! Taxes are ridiculous and the town council and the mayor can't get along. It doesn't matter who the mayor is either.  More

Garfield used to be a really great town to live in. It's been at a constant rate of decline for the past 20 years. It seems it keeps getting worse and worse every year.  More
