This is a small town just north of Modesto. The town sprouted overnight with the housing boom. Has the convenience of the big box retailers, but the smaller town feel.  More

There are some very nice neighborhoods in Campbell. ...although it is becoming a city. Housing prices are absurd. Crime is increasing, and the schools aren't great.   More
