Not very impressed. Very high property taxes. If you live with city limits you'll pay taxes there and in the county too. 1700 and house is about 3000 per year. Add shed  More

When we moved here in 1981 Langley was a town of 1000 with seven live theater groups. It now has only a few more people and a very active art and theater population.  More

Langley on Whidbey Island, is north of Seattle and is a bit of an unknown to much of the country. Whidbey is anchored on the north by the only sizeable town (Oak Harbor)  More
