Westbrook is a fairly nice place to live overall. I've lived here about four years. It has a long blue collar history, but that has changed somewhat in recent years.  More

Shirley Ave- worst part of the city. covered in gangs, drugs, and crime. I've heard stories about one gang doing drive-by shootings at another gang just for fun.  More
