Not really high on crime, even in the worst area. Most likely have to stay safe from breaking & entering. Not much to do. Schools are great, plenty of retail & grocery  More

The climate is very dry in the summer and wet in the winter, mostly windy all year round but the seasons are right on schedual, as far as winter spring  More
