About Lee County, AR
Lee County is located in east central Arkansas with a population estimated at 10,400 people living within its 537 square mile boundaries. Marianna serves as the county seat though there are several townships scattered across this rural town such as Moro Bay State Park which showcases nature’s best assets including some breathtaking views of Arkansas River snaking around it - providing plenty to do for tourists visiting here like hunting, fishing and camping among others too. This county was formed in 1873 and was named after Confederate General Robert E Lee.
