Chase County can be found in west-central Nebraska and currently has a population just over 5400 people making it one of the smaller counties in the state. Its largest city and county seat is Imperial, where local businesses and government agencies can be found. Chase County remains largely rural with both croplands and acres of grasslands dominating the landscape, whilst there are many small lakes that provide fishing opportunities for visitors passing through or living here.
