Its largest city by far is Sidney which also acts as Cheyenne’s county seat while providing local business services such as mechanics & bakeries . Agriculture still remains an important industry here however thanks to being surrounded almost entirely by fairly fertile soil that allows locals to grow various types crops like soybeans , wheat & maize .
