California transplants, Colorado is nice Phoenix is Los Angeles except at 120 degrees with no beach. The only difference between the ghetto and posch is how new the paint is. I have yet to find a place that you can have a house worth 750k next to one that is 250k. I hate Phoenix! Please don't let it form your opinion of the great state of Arizona. Which outside of the phx metro area is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I will live in Arizona for the rest of my life. If I don't go to Phoenix ever again, I'm OK with that. Unfortunately, being a business owner and it being the capital and the closest metro area (112 miles) it's inevitable.
