9/3/2013And because Your Queen has gotten into power again that is why there are so many houses in the city with For Sale signs in the yards...And that is why the county is building now at an alarming rate...And this only make the homes in the city depreciate because everyone wants OUT!!
If you want to put in a business (or build a building) which lowers the prestige of the town, and which lowers property values within the town (thereby devaluing the portion of my life and net worth which I have invested in Madison...basically, STEALING from me), then our excellent City Government will stop you. I like investments which grow in value. Madison grows in value, because its 'branding' is carefully managed by our elected officials and their 'assigns'.
Would you be a Wal-Mart and Sam's Club fan? No really take a long look at what has happened to this city...Or have you not been here long enough to know what it was like before Wal-Mart..Because I was here before the Yuppie evasion...But it sounds like you were not!!
Just because everyone is not a "Madison Fan" doesn't mean they are not any better than you which by the sounds of what you wrote you are a wonderful example of why people should not move here unless they are too good for their neighbor!!
Since you are a BIG Queen Mary Fan and Madison Fan Check your taxes..in case you don't know you can look it up on the computer and see if you are also paying for decks and patios that you don't have!

9/3/2013When you ever read good things about Madison, you can bet your money the Queen Mayor Mary, the dictator, has paid them whether it be by comment or word no one is sure, but these people around here and the snootiest people I have ever seen in my entire life and for the most part you just aren't good enough to live here....No One is or could be everyone thinks they are too good to live here.
The schools are trying to get rid of all the kids that do not make good grades for the fact they used to be way at the top of the list, but with the inadequate teaching staff they have fallen to below average.
This is most definitely not a place to raise children due to the police here...There are several law suits with the police station for there on going abuse and harassment of teenagers.
But on a good note, we have finally sold our house in Madison. There have never been this many houses up for sale in this city, not even through the mortgage crisis, but since our Queen some how won the election for her 9th term, which I am sure the votes were miscounted as everyone does the homes have sign going up and an alarming rate and everyone is moving to the county.
Our mayor lost the outlet mall to Pearl, because she wanted higher end stores here so we got Wal-Mart and now the Sam's Club is coming...Is it me or does our Queen not know what higher end stores are? The homes are lovely here and to see the shopping chooses there are DO NOT match!!
Oh yea and by the way..be sure to pull up your taxes if you live there, I am paying for add ons that did occur as most everyone in my old neighborhood is doing along with many neighborhoods. Soo wonder who is responsible for you paying for things you don't have!
