5/12/2020I lived in this city for 11 years, and loved it! Everybody here is so caring, Crime is rare here, our town is a lot Armada, Michigan You can't get much better than this! It is home to the annual Michigan Thumb Festival in June, the Sanilac County 4-H Fair in August, and the popular Country Christmas Lighted Farm Implement Parade in December! it's a 'beehive of activity' Except Sundays, where almost everything closes. Sandusky has less than 3,000 people (2020 census), so it's easy to get to know everyone! You can't get enough kindness here! Emergency services are spot-on, and schools are good! Its a nice, small town!
