Bemus Point Is An Amazing Place To Live!! -
12/23/2020I grew up in Bemus Point, NY and have some great memories! Bemus Point is a smaller village that borders Chautauqua Lake. The village is amazing in the summer with its small shops and local restaurants! You can dock your boat after doing some fishing or water skiing and go for lunch at one of the famous restaurants (See-Zurh House, Ellicottville Brewery or Italian Fisherman). After lunch you can visit the locally owned shops, go for a walk along Chautauqua Lake following Lakeside Drive, or you can walk over to the Bemus Golf Course! Throughout the week locals, regulars and newbies congregate at the local bars where you meet lots of new friends!
As a child, everyone new me and my family which was good and bad! My family always new where I was and when I was into mischief which may or may not have been daily! I take the fifth!

Lakewood, NY is a Great Place to Live & Buy a Home -
12/19/2020I am a real estate broker in the Lakewood, NY area and have spent most of my life here. I moved away for a while but came back to raise a family. As a realtor, I spend almost everyday working with excited people finding homes or commercial real estate and I wouldn't trade it for anything!
The Lakewood area is close to the shopping district but, borders Chautauqua Lake so you get the best of convenience and lakeside living! It is also just a short drive to the world famous Chautauqua Institution, National Comedy Center and Bemus Point, which is another great place to live!
