Southampton - Everybody's home! -
9/26/2021Been here 20+ years, and have always loved it. Our kids schools are Davis, Klinger, and Tennent, and it's an awesome experience for all! Great teachers, administration, fantastic education, great kids, sports teams, everything. Very positive experience! Our neighborhood is great, especially the people, who are really friendly. If you catch a cold, there will be a pot of soup on your porch as soon as someone here's it. It always feels like home.
And there's tons to do, between restaurants and activities in town, too much to mention. The sports for the kids are great, and I'm in a soccer intramural team (just starting up.) We're really close to Philly, the shore, Chestnut Hill, New Hope, Jenkintown, and all of the surrounding towns where there's even more fun stuff and culture for our family, or just me and the wife. Steam Pub's our favorite! The cost of living here is really reasonable and, it just feels like an All-American small town where people care about each other, and Southampton, and Southampton loves us back. We love it here!
