Worst utility companies in the world. - 9/6/2018
Not one of my favorite places to live. I lived outside of the city in Allen County. The water company is a bunch of crooks. God forbid you have been out of town and are a bit late and standing with money to pay on the shut-off date. They will shut your water off anyway and make you pay a huge fee to turn it back on. I am moving this week out of this hellish place and can't wait. The electric company has a system that you have to prepay. The utility companies here are some of the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. I have lived in several countries and was never treated this badly.
