worst places to live in Arizona - 7/12/2012
I have a family member trying to locate to Arizona. i was told it was central arizona. does any one now about that location? A person offered them a job there. They never met this person only online. which is problably a scam. we are from pennsylvania.We just heard from a family friend that lived in pheniox for a couple years said it was a bad part of the city..
