10/15/2012I lived in Minnesota for a year and really enjoyed it.Even on cold days 10 above zero I felt the need to go outside.When it gets below zero,10 above feels warm when I am in my down filled coat and snow boots.Lots to do and I gained 20 pounds from all the great places to eat.Outdoor cafes and cozy couples places.The lightrail that goes from downtown Minneapolis to mall of america is building on to go to Saint Paul across the river,ready in 2014.Friendly people ,but a huge population of somilians.Saint paul has a huge getto and murder rate.Many upscale and safe suburbs.

10/15/2012Try small towns in central florida,WinterHaven is a start.Nice lakes and country type people.
