jenks is snobby -
9/24/2007jenks is a football freaky town like most of oklahoma towns but, this place has really snobby people. all the people that did'nt want to live in tulsa have moved out to jenks.it is a we are better than you place. and they will let you know it. it has a lot of developing because it is close to the river with resturants and stores. but over all it is expensive and a small suburb.

great art/music scene -
6/18/2007tulsa is a great place to see some cool bands and art we have two major art museums. greenwood district, brady theater, cherry street, brookside, lots of great resturants, patio resturants/bars. lots of cool people.

tulsa has very affordable housing. very affordable -
6/18/2007tulsa is nice, it has a house market that is the best in the nation #2 last i heard.
you can buy a nice house for about 65,000 to 75,000. we moved out here a year ago and have bought us a house for 71,000 3 bebroom plus garage and a big back yard. it;s nice to pay 480 a month..
