I am 60 years old. I am retired after 35 years on the job. I live in south Florida. Not happy about the crisis we are in with all of the foreclosures etc. Was planning on moving to a less congested place not far from a city where I would have access to hospitals and Medical. I also wanted to be within reasonable distance to an airport. Was looking in TN until the ash spill in Harriman. I don't want to be around there now. I am considering north Georgia or maybe out west to Portland, OR. Hope our homes start going up in value because I have looked in other communities and they don't seem to have that problem.

Allergies - 7/23/2009
My ENT says that FL is not the wise choice if you suffer from allergies. We have alot of exotic plants here most, you have never heard of. Some of them are an invasive speices, not native to South Florida. Plants bloom here all year long and My advise is to live here a while before making the decision to stay. I have lived here most of my life and I have seen lots of changes. I am ready to retire somewhere else.
