12/4/2020Truth. Madison, AL is a great place to live overall, period. 20% of households gross in excess of $200k per year, all races included. One or two schools rated an 8. The rest rated 9 or 10. Low crime, period. Nice people. Near zero visible homeless. Live adjacent to any big cities downtown area and you will find a bit the problems mentioned. Low property taxes Madison and decent to great home appreciation.

12/4/2020Odd. I live in Madison, AL and suffer none of those problems. Check the numbers of most cities on city data.com. 21% of Madison households gross in excess of $200K. Where you choose to live matters. Follow numbers versus emotions. Madison's lowest school rating an 8--most 9's and 10's. Anywhere near a downtown area of a major city suffer a bit of said complaints.
