Home cost is great Taxes are not so great - 11/1/2007
Taxes here are incredible, they have not found a tax they don't like. A 300,000 home tax bill is just shy of a 1,000 a month. That was a huge surprise as I went to closing. My escrow was almost as high as my house payment. Ouch
