11/9/2019Bloomington is a comfortable suburb, but there are huge differences between the east and west sides of town. For example, multi generational homes with less square footage to lavish places that house celebrities and their pets. Also included are 1-2 bedroom apartments with indoor pools allowing for year round use. Local residential codes and ordinances don't allow for a helipad, or for a helipad or heliport to be constructed above their indoor pool. However, Flying Cloud Airport is very close and is equipped with a Heliport. With Bloomington's geographic shape when referring to landmarks or places of interest separating the city by East or West is natural. As with any large U.S. suburb there are differences in household income; this is more profound between the east and west. As of 2019, the median household income is $70,512 and median property value is $227,900.

11/9/2019Yes, when comparing Bloomington to Sioux Falls the cost of living will be greater since the wages are greater. With the population density being 3x larger in Bloomington naturally you will experience more traffic, as with your chances of confronting a rude person. (Although not likely. Haven't you heard of Minnesota Nice? We'll be nice to your face but wait until you leave the room before we start insulting you.) Seeing as you were here on February 4th of course the climate will be less than perfect. To say it's one of the worst in the U.S., plus with your other comments proves you have very limited travel experience. Give us another chance; I suggest coming in June this time!
