12/1/2007I agree with your assessment of the job market, little ambition and education, secondary schools are terrible, people stuck in the past, not a very family-oriented community. Also gangs and grafitti are running out of control here. Drug and alcohol abuse is a serious problem which leads to domestic violence and other issues. Weather is good, diversity of cultures makes it interesting. Pueblo has a rich and varied history. I am in education and looking elswhere to teach. Behavior issues in the schools are making teaching less and less attractive.

12/1/2007Do not come here. There is no job market unless you want to work at Wal-Mart or a call center. Education is terrible. Most people do not value education in relation to communities up north. Backward mentality where people live in the past and refuse to change and progress towards a modern society. Trash fills the city from one end to the other.
