Fulton, New York - 1/28/2009
If you like snow and water this is a great area to live. The cost of living is low. You are very close to Lake Ontario, The Fingerlakes and the Erie Barge canal.
Located in Central New York, this is a small town on the decline financially.
It has lost a great deal of businesses in the past decade, which is sad.
This is a small "blue collar" town with a big heart. People are friendly and down to earth.
