I wanted to add another thing. The housing market is totally Rediculous! You can get a small house, 2 bedrooms for $200,000! Prices have gone way up in the last year. Who can afford to live here and who would want to?!

I have lived here my whole life. I don't understand why I still do?! If it wasn't for my family and job, I would leave quickly! SUMMERS are hot, humid, mosquitoes and rarely a "true blue" sky. Clouds alot with the sun. Winters are rediculousy COLD & Long! MAYBE the people are nicer, But I don't think that out weighs the others. I'm in my 40's and it seems to get worse the older I get. Maui is looking better and better! ????
