3/20/2009Boston is a great place to live that's if you can afford it and have job. But all in all its historic value is like no other city in this country. It's amazing and the food is great too. The state has so much to offer. You have the ocean (Cape Cod), the mountains (New Hampshire), and the city all around you. Because Massachusetts is a small state it's really only a hop skip and jump to these place. That is truly one of the benefits of living here.
The winters are miserable, cold, and snowy, but the snow is not as much as you would think it would be. I would say it's colder than snowier here.
Sports and their fans here are like no other you find. It's an exciting time for Boston sports team and Bostonians love their sports teams. We seem to thrive on all of their successes.
Jobs are not plentiful at this time. It really is hard to find a job around here and most companies will hire you as a contract employee. Massachusetts is really a great place to live.
