9/7/2021I’m not sure whervthe extreme caution guy is referring to. Not Wilmington. “Crypts Bloods”. That’s crazy. Wilmington is one of the more civilized cities in the South. We voted for Clintonnand Trump for God sake. Mostly there is very little racial disharmony. No place is perfect. Especially Colorado.
The typical locals will tell you, just another day in paradise. And mean it. If you don’t like it here, please leave. No hard feelings

9/6/2021I lived in Maryland all of my life. Annapolis is a fun place. Having access to the Bay is a plus. And of course the Blue Crabs are awesome.
But I also moved to Eikmington NC 11 years ago. The breeze coming in off the ocean produces those Carolina Blue skies. The winters are mild (50s-60s). Snow is a non issue. A ton of restaurants bars etc. Raleigh is 1 1/2 hrs away. I can’t say rniygh good about my experience in Wilmington. The best city in the East Coast.
