Relocating to Memphis -
12/3/2008My husband, my baby and I are relocating to Memphis. Can anyone tell me about any safer neighborhoods in the city (like Midtown maybe??) or are the suburbs the only way to go? I don't really feel like a 'suburb' person but I am looking for a secure place to raise my little boy. Thanks for any input you have!

Affordable -
12/3/2008Housing in Columbus is extremely affordable. Lots of variety too -- we have tons of downtown loft-style apartments, lots of affordable rentals allover town and in the county as well, and home prices are really low.
