Thoughts on SE Georgia -
1/17/2010Coming from New England, I hadn't thought much beyond the fact that the winters would be shorter and the summers much longer. I should have considered that the school systems are not as good, people may friendlier than us cold northerners but their sincerity is not real. Once you make a friend of north, they will be there for through thick and thin because they know that at some point, they too will need the favor returned. Not so down here. I don't want to go back to eternal winter but I don't want to stay here either. Virginia/Maryland is starting to look really attractive!
