5/5/2019I 100% agree w/ Elaine. Don't stop in Albuquerque when you're traveling, and definitely don't move to Albuquerque. I unfortunately lived in ABQ 20 years, and finally relocated out-of-state in 2019. The HIGH CRIME is unbelievable.

5/5/2019I 100% agree w/ Steve. Anyone that disagrees w/ him, doesn't know what they are talking about. I just move out-of-state from Albuquerque, for one reason only - the high crime.

5/5/2019FACT: In the entire USA, Albuquerque is #1 for property crime, ABQ is #1 for car theft, and ABQ is #1 for property crime. After 20 years in ABQ I finally left. The weather might be perfect, but the constant threat of crime is too stressful. You can't go to the city libraries, parks or grocery stores without looking over your shoulder. I finally relocated back to my home state, even though the weather here is not nearly as ideal. Hats to APD for the fine job they do, but their hands are tied due the liberal justice system. And w/ ABQ being a sanctuary city, it's only going to get worse.
