I'm over 60, many many surgeries and when I'm out and about ALMOST ALWAYS there are NO HANDICAP spaces available. A LOT of very fat people parked OR young, healthy looking people parked. God, I have handicap plackard AND I GOT a $350 ticket because I was parked on the x out blue stripes! Couldn't park in the handicap next to me BECAUSE someone WITH NO PLACKARD OR PLATE was parked there. NO, they didn't get a ticket. CA SUCKS if your !!!

Hearing - 12/31/2013
Yea, I know how this is going to sound...but what about how I FEEL?! I'm hearing impaired AND no matter where I go in any area within this part of the state, EVERYBODY speaks Spanish. I'm sick of it. I want to move back to America.
