Lantana, FL
Divided Town -
6/14/20071/2 of Lantana is located on Hypoluxo Island, a tiny isle in the Intercoastal filled with McMansions, a part-time clientele, and very aloof rude individuals.
The other half is poor to working hard middle class and retirees. A great library! Three strip malls (one with several excellent ethnic restaurants, a good butcher, a nice consignment store and a French bakery) and the other are much larger -- WinnDixie and K-Mart anchor one, Publix and CVS Pharmacy the other.
Scenery is uninspirational. If you are consider moving, check out what your insurance would be on any home you purchase.
