4/1/2021You must not live in the suburbs in JAX. On my street of 12 houses 2 are black, my sons neighborhood of over 100 homes almost 25% are black the same for my daughters area. My church alone ahead 50% Asian, black and Spanish attendance! I can't say the same for Riverside, it is a bit clicks. But you very much out of touch with what's going on now with regards to racism here.

4/1/2021 Rime no where near Detroit or even Chicago, L.A., or NYC. I could go on but you do have some things right job's are tough cause we have lots of people who stay here for life. As for roads... you must not live here now there has been road construction for YEARS! As for a degree to get a job, polisci and history won't get you a job. Engineering will get you hired everywhere so make sure you think about what degrees you are talking about

4/1/2021You're right about housing prices FOR exactly the opposite reason you don't like JAX. People are moving here in droves. You want climate change but check the massive pollution problems in NYC, L.A., Chicago, Detroit etc... as for hurricanes JAX has a history of NOT having them due to the location, check your map. Anyway good luck wherever u are...
