Loxahatchee - 9/9/2008
The actual location is Loxahatchee, which is not on Sperling's City List. The economy has been poor here in 2007-2008 for construction, landscape nurseries, real estate, the restaurant industry, and the arts. I am seeing many residential homes, small and large retail businesses for sale (25-50%)...also seeing foreclosure and repo signs.
