Best investment I've made. -
3/23/2021I've lived in Santa Monica for over 30 years. It's a Mediterranean climate--sunny and temperate when the rest of the country is under snow! I am walking distance to everything I need--Farmer's Markets, post office, shopping centers, groceries, car repairs, excellent medical care and beach. Public transportation is good and always improving. Property is expensive, but it has steadily increased in value over my years here--it's the best investment I've made.
It has its share of unsheltered people and crime. Please tell me of somewhere that doesn't?
